(Rochelle’s) marketing strategy, which is impressive

Rochelle did her homework on the neighborhood and the city of the house we were listing in. She made sure to print out MLS data on our “competition” and presented her proposal for our listing. She explained her marketing strategy, which is impressive when you consider her background of owning a marketing company. Rochelle walked through our house, presented her listing proposal, and then walked through the house again, but this time discussed staging/update needs. She was sure to ask questions about the schools, the neighborhood, why we like living where we are, why we chose the location, etc. so that she included that in the listing description. Lastly, she took FABULOUS pictures with her expensive camera. Not one picture was out of focus and the lighting was excellent. When we listed, the pictures and description sold the house in 24 hours when we had previously listed with another agent for 6 months! If you want your house sold, you want Rochelle Burnett.
