Gabby Fisher is a seasoned real estate professional and the CEO of The Burnett Team. With a background in leadership, recruiting, and agent development at Keller Williams, she transitioned into full-time real estate in 2018—bringing a thoughtful, strategic approach to every client experience.

Gabby is known for her strong communication, deep community roots, and a passion for helping others feel informed and empowered throughout the buying, selling, building, or investing process. Born and raised in West Des Moines, she offers local insight and genuine enthusiasm for helping others find home here. She and her husband Jeff, who renovates homes—including their own—share a love for creating meaningful spaces.

Gabby serves on the National Alumni Council for Grand View University and is committed to giving back to her community. At home, life is full of giggles from two small girls, outdoor time, home-cooked meals, and puppy snuggles with their family dog.

Rochelle Burnett serves as a Broker for the team. She obtained her license fourteen years ago, but has been in real estate for nearly thirty years as a marketing professional for Realtors. Rochelle followed in her late husbands footsteps and passion for real estate. Through their 20 years of marriage, Rochelle learned from his high ethical standards and knowledge of the business. Rochelle helped develop the “best in the business” when it comes to the team and helps lead the team of high level professional Realtors. Rochelle has lived downtown Des Moines, in a townhome in the 'burbs, and now a country acreage in beautiful Madison County. 

Jenna Carney is a born and raised Iowa farm girl whose best childhood memories include showing livestock and spending summers at the fair. After working in the agricultural industry for over 10 years, Jenna obtained her real estate license and joined The Burnett Team in March 2022. 

Her favorite part of the job is meeting new people and helping them create a vision for their future home. She strives to provide top notch communication to ensure a smooth and stress free experience. She loves being part of a team and believes everyone benefits when we work together towards common goals. 

Jenna and her family live just outside of Dallas Center, where she volunteers with the local Rotary group and serves as a board member for the Dallas Center Grimes Education Foundation. She enjoys watching her kids’ many activities and spending summer days at Lake Panorama.

Denise has spent more than two decades in healthcare leadership.  There, she’s learned to especially appreciate relationships that are respectful and communicative with a focus on service.  Denise is honored to bring these values to her work in real estate to create a meaningful, personal and productive relationship with each and every client.  Denise brings additional expertise to the team in the new construction process—she and her husband, Loran, have built three new homes.  Denise is an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR) and a Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES).  

Denise and Loran have three sons, who all continue to make Iowa their home.  They also have two dogs, a morkie (Indie) and a black lab (Ty).  Denise enjoys spoiling her granddaughters, and she loves to garden, too.  She invests her volunteer time and donations to organizations that help meet the basic needs of people and pets (food, shelter, clothing, healthcare).   Most recently, her nonprofits of focus include AHeinz 57 and Waukee Area Christian Services.  

Allison began her real estate career as a marketing coordinator with Iowa’s largest real estate company, where she developed a strong understanding of the Des Moines market and effective real estate marketing strategies. She later became the first marketing director at Burnett Realty, the predecessor to Keller Williams Greater Des Moines. Over the next decade, Allison served as a marketing consultant, advising numerous independent agents while also dedicating her time to fundraising efforts for several nonprofit organizations.

In 2018, Allison transitioned to full-time real estate sales, driven by her passion for helping others. As a valued member of the Burnett Team, she works with buyers and sellers throughout the Des Moines Metro. She and her husband, Karlton, are raising their three children—and their dog, Ollie—in Grimes, a community they love.

When not working or following her children’s activities, Allison enjoys helping out in her community by volunteering at the Grimes Storehouse Food Pantry and serving as a founding member of the Grimes Community Foundation.
